| How to Sign Up: |
| Complete the following Registration
Form and mail it to CRC with a $50 deposit. Only this
will secure you a spot: on a first come, first served basis. |

| Cost: $425 |
| Cost includes everything except one meal, souvenirs, snacks,
and extra activities. |

| Final Payment: |
| Registrations and final payment are due July 14, 2008. A
$10 late fee will be added if received after July 13. Deposits
are non-refundable after June 22, 2008. |

| Important Meeting: |
| We will have a T-C 2008 information meeting on Sunday, June
22, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. at Pleasant View Bible Church in Aurora.
It is very important that each camper and at least one parent
be there. We will hand out important information that
each camper must have. |
